Start the New Year right -- Armpits deep in MUD!
Students will participate in wheel throwing exercises developed to improve foundational
throwing techniques that help establish more efficiency and control at the wheel. The exercises are designed to challenge participants to work quickly with deliberate focus on sequential steps of the throwing process. There will also be demonstrations and discussions regarding techniques Sam uses in his own studio practice including making a range of dinnerware, covered jars, pitchers, handles, and spouts.
